This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made through the Laborbook App and website (collectively referred to as the "Service"), operated by Laborbook App ("we", "us", "our").
By authorizing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All payments made through UPI AutoPay, debit/credit cards, or any other approved payment method are processed only after user authorization. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are the rightful account holder or have proper authorization to use the selected payment method.
Once a payment is authorized, it will be processed through our secure payment gateway in compliance with RBI and NPCI guidelines.
Laborbook may offer recurring or one-time subscription plans to access premium features or services. Each plan's validity and pricing will be displayed clearly at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are considered only in specific and verifiable cases such as:
All refund claims undergo internal verification and confirmation from our payment gateway or UPI partner before approval.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
UPI AutoPay (India): Users can cancel recurring mandates anytime through their UPI app. Canceling AutoPay stops future renewals but does not refund past payments. Subscription remains active till end of the paid period.
Manual or One-Time Purchases: One-time purchases are final and non-cancelable.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Time may vary depending on the user's bank or UPI provider. Notification will be sent once refund is initiated.
Request invoices within 7 days of transaction by emailing contact@laborbook.app. For disputes, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.
All fees are inclusive of applicable Indian GST. Transactions comply with RBI, NPCI, and Government of India digital payment regulations.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
